1. Initiate a return through our support representative using our contact link.

2. Send it through the designated courier company sent to you during your conversation with a support representative!

3. A replacement of the same product you order will be shipped back to you within 1-10 business days after we received the returned product.

We have made it possible to make payments by credit card or bank transfer. After your order is made, the invoice will be sent to the email used while creating your account with the options available for payment.
